Troubled star Lindsay Lohan was back to her partying ways on Monday morning (28May07) – despite being charged with drunk driving at the weekend (26May07).

The Mean Girls actress, who was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) in the early hours of Saturday morning (26May07), reportedly passed out in the passenger seat of a car driven by DJ pal Samantha Ronson following a Memorial Day party at Hollywood nightclub Teddy’s yesterday.

According to reports, a dishevelled-looking Lohan slumped into Ronson’s car who she is alleged to have been chasing at the time of Sunday’s crash which led to her arrest – with blood on her hand from a fresh wound.

She was also photographed stumbling outside the club, and appeared to be vomiting onto the sidewalk at around 4am on Monday morning. At 20 years of age, the star is under the legal drinking age of 21 in the U.S. until her birthday on 2 July (07).
