Fashion Models pose nude or topless all the time. Even if they didn't, papparazzi invade privacy so badly that Doutzen Kroes and Miranda Kerr have been seen topless while they were at work doing photoshoots for Victoria's Secret several times over the years.
If you're afraid of taking your clothes off you can't model. It doesn't mean you have to do Playboy or Hustler or do pornography but you can't be afraid of getting nude or be afraid of someone "accidentally" seeing you nude.
If a woman isn't 400% comfortable with her body and sexuality she doesn't belong in the modeling industry.

Miranda Kerr is topless grabbing breasts. Naomi Campbell completely nude. Lara Stone completely nude. Rosie Huntington does a pin-up girl shoot. So what is Kate doing that these supermodels haven't.
