Kathryn Newton Dazzles in Champagne Gown at “The Devil’s Mouth” Los Angeles Screening
Kathryn Newton brought serious star power to the red carpet for the Los Angeles screening of “The Devil’s Mouth,” Amazon MGM Studios’ upcoming survival horror thriller. The actress, who plays Charlie in the film, turned heads in a breathtaking champagne-colored gown that blended elegance with edgy detailing.
The dress featured a dramatically plunging V-neckline and a ruched bodice that flowed into a sweeping, sheer skirt with a gorgeous train. The standout design element was a gold chain-link mesh panel at the waist, creating a striking sheer cutout that added a modern, fashion-forward twist to the classic silhouette. The nude-toned fabric complemented her complexion beautifully, while the metallic accents caught the light with every step.
Newton accessorized with an eye-catching stack of gold necklaces, including a thick chain choker and longer pendant pieces featuring shark tooth charms. The layered jewelry added texture and edge to the soft, flowing gown. Her blonde hair was styled in loose, voluminous waves, and her makeup featured a bold red-orange lip with defined eyes that made her blue eyes pop.
She was joined at the event by co-stars Lana Condor and Tommi Rose for a group photo against the “The Devil’s Mouth” and Prime Video branded backdrop. The film, directed by Jeff Wadlow, follows five friends on a cave-diving adventure in Thailand that takes a terrifying turn. It premieres globally on Amazon Prime Video on July 29.
